Terms and Conditions

 

Reservation

To reverse Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands services for your event, your signature will be required along with a non-refundable Retainer fee paid. This fee is a nonrefundable retainer fee even if date changes or event changes or cancelled including acts of god to include: hurricane, storms, fire etc. The Nonrefundable fee is applied towards the event service package.

Changes

The Couple shall not change the date, time or location of the event without first contacting and advising Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands of said change to determine if Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands is still available to provide services for your event.

 

Insurance

It is essential to have insurance for your event to cover, weather, ships switch, medical situation etc. It is the couple’s solely responsibility to arrange for insurance coverage for your event.

 

Use of Third Party

Should the you the couple decides to arrange for a third-party vendor other than the vendor that is a part of Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands professional team, you the couple will be entirely responsible for your third-party vendor.  Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands will not be responsible for anything such as lateness, no show, services or checking up of the third-party vendor. It is the responsibility of the couple and the third-party vendor to contact Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands to coordinate effectively.

 

Our Right

Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands reserves the rights to terminate a booking at any time should we feel that we cannot meet the expectation of the couple. A full refund of all monies paid will be issued to the couple.

Payment Policies

Payments can be made through our website, US Money Orders or Cashier’s Check.

No personal check is allowed.

Non- Refundable retainer fee is required to book your event. This fee is a nonrefundable retainer fee even if date changes or event changes or cancelled including acts of god such as: hurricane, storms, fire etc. Full Payment is due 30 days prior to your event. If payment in full is not made on the 30 days to your events, Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands can cancel your events without a refund to the couple.

 

Legal Negotiation & Fees

Should, Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands needs to seek legal counsel for nonpayment or any other reason, it is agreed that the client will pay all fees to include court fee and attorney fees incurred by Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands. If due to legal decision, the couple is the prevailing party, any monetary or punitive awards are limited to the cost of the event package.

 

Cancellation Policy

If the couple should cancel their event before the event date is contracted, the retainer fee and all monies owed to include completed payments made will be forfeited as the services was strictly reserved by the couple. If the couple cancel their event 30 days prior to their event, full payment is due by the couple.

Your event is scheduled as per the couple’s therefore; we expect to start at the time agreed upon.  If your event starts late, due to the (couple’s) lateness, additional fees may be added up to $75.00 per contracted vendor of Flawless Weddings and Events of the Virgin Islands.  Any event that has not begun within one hour after the contracted time may be cancelled with NO REFUND
